Furikake Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 Pound
Sesame Oil, as needed
Maika`i Organic Furikake, 1 Jar
Salt & Pepper, as needed
Romaine Hearts, 2 Heads
Sliced Garlic Bread, 7 Slices
Maika`i Caesar Dressing, 1 Bottle

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- Oil of choice (sesame preferred), as needed
- 1 jar Maika`i Organic Furikake
- Salt & pepper, as needed
- 2 heads romaine hearts
- 7 slices garlic bread
- 1 bottle Maika`i Caesar Dressing
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Line a sheet pan with tin foil or parchment paper.
- Pat dry your two chicken breasts and place them in your lined pan.
- Lightly coat chicken with oil, season with furikake, salt, and pepper.
- Bake chicken for 18 minutes or until it has reached an internal temperature of 165F.
- Cut, wash, and dry romaine.
- Cut garlic bread in fourths. Place on a lined sheet pan, place racks above the chicken with 10 minutes left on the time. Freshest croutons ever!
- Toss and dress your salad, sprinkle with furikake, and add croutons.
- Remove chicken and rest for 3 to 4 minutes, slice and place on top.
- Enjoy!
